Day 40, Wednesday, August 16, 2006 (Continued)

Pictures won't load to original pages so I'll put them here for the last few days.

The dogs want salmon! They went nuts watching them swim by flipping and flopping.

Dear Will, Grace, & Isabelle,
I miss hearing you bark back at me when I go out for my evening business. During my afternoon walks I look for you everyday behind the fence, but no one comes to greet me. It looks like you are having a great trip, lots of walks. I think I would like to catch a salmon too. Did you guys have any luck???? how are you taking to the Elk? stange breed, huh. What kind of self respecting dog has antlers on their head, never seen anything like it myself. Things here are quite the same, not much new. My mom quit her job!! yahoo, but she is really tiring me out now during the day, when I am supposed to do most of my napping. Do not worry I am still getting a good 10 hours of nap!! anything less would be a crime. My parents have been gone a lot to see Dad's mom (Steve's mom is very ill), but I get to stay home with a dog sitter, not a bad deal. More treats because I can look very depressed. My mom enjoys looking at the pictures from your trip. she says it is very beautiful.
Thanks for sharing your trip.
Take care of your parents and I look forward to your return,
Alex, the lonely golden on Shorelane
